You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before sending any product back.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The jewellery must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The original packaging should be included.
- Tags, labels, or protective packaging should not be removed where applicable.
- You should provide your order number or proof of purchase.
We may not accept a return if the item has been worn, damaged, altered, or used after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A product different from what you ordered
please contact us immediately.
Send us your order number along with clear photos or a video of the item.
If the mistake is from our side, ZK Jewellery will cover the reasonable return/exchange delivery charges.
Exchange Delivery Charges
For an exchange requested because of personal choice, such as selecting a different design or eligible variation, the customer may be responsible for the delivery charges.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using an available refund method.
Please allow some working days for the refund to be completed after approval.
Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by ZK Jewellery.
